We aim to challenge the epidemic of negativity and fear that surrounds birth and help to change birth for the better. Our Ilkley group meets up on the last Sunday of every month, 10-12am, and is facilitated by me. Clink the link to find out more about how you can "meet up, link up and shake up birth!"

The PBM is a global network of free to

attend antenatal groups linked by social media.

The Positive Birth Movement

Held in Skipton and Ilkley, I organise and run pregnancy and baby fayres that are designed to bring together a range of services and products to encourage a positive and easier start on the road to motherhood. If you're pregnant, just given birth or want to host a stall, click here to find out more.

The DoulaLibrary

Available to borrow free of charge for anyone (and their family) participating in a workshop, course or service, the constantly-expanding library has books and DVDs on the different methods of birth, baby development,

parenting, and more.

Doulala offers free birth pool hire to any midwifery client, or it is available to hire for £95 for anyone else.
